Account information: login credentials if you create an account with us. Health and wellness information: voluntary disclosures such as fitness goals, injuries, or medical considerations provided for safe and effective class participation. Payment information: collected and processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details. Emergency contact information.

A parent or legal guardian may exercise rights on behalf of a minor child.

We will respond to your request without undue delay, and no later than 45 days of receipt. If we need additional time due to the complexity of your request, we may extend this period by up to an additional 45 days. If we extend the response period, we will notify you within the initial 45-day window and explain the reason for the extension. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will not require you to create a new account solely for the purpose of exercising your rights. If we are unable to take action on your request, we will inform you of the reason and provide instructions on how to appeal our decision.
9. Appeals Process If we decline to take action on your privacy rights request, you have the right to appeal our decision.
